Something Happens were an Irish pop-rock band from the late 1980s early 1990s (fronted by News Talk’s Tom Dunne!). With hits such as “Parachute” and “Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello (Petrol)” they were very popular in Ireland but international success eluded them despite signing to Virgin in 1988. Catch them live in Whelans for a spectacular trip down memory lane.
