Kim Adams and the House Cats specialize in blues, sprinkled with jazz, soul and gospel.
A Tennessee native, Kim was weaned on country, southern gospel and Appalachian music, but finally surrendered to the blues! She can be sultry, sorrowful, or sassy, but she’s always authentic!
Ted Phillips lends the jazz vibe to the band. Bassist Michel Dansereau, guitarist Bernard Yeo, and drummer Jeremiah Michel round out the House Cats with notable talent, while Vickie Mortensen adds her sweet harmonies to the satisfying mix.
