Award winning Newcastle singer/songwriter Kristy James has capped off a brilliant 2016 with the release of 2x singles - 'All Alone' & 'Friends Like You' that both peaked at #2 on the iTunes Top Songs chart, being named a Top 5 finalist in the Musicoz Australian Independent Music Awards (country category),music video 'All Alone' hitting the CMC Top 50 chart, announced the winner of the Country section at the 2016 Australian Songwriters Association Awards- the country's largest and longest running competition (over 30 years!) in which Kristy outclassed thousands of entries to take home the title, she was also awarded the PPCA (Phonographic Performance Company Of Australia) Best Live Performance Award of 2016.
