Tattsyrup

This exciting Ska music sensation formed over a decade ago in Pontypridd. The band has come together through a genuine love of ska music and all things 2-Tone.

Original members Brett, Dan and Rob were joined by Jenny in 2006 and the band has gone from strength to strength.

Tattsyrup have performed what feels like thousands of gigs and are regulars at Clwb Y Bont, Pontypridd and around Builth Wells.

Highlights for Tattsyrup include support slots for Rankin Roger and The Beat at Cwmparc and The Pop Factory as well as supporting Bad Manners at The Globe, Cardiff!

You may have seen them in the last few years performing at Calennig celebrations in Cardiff, The National Eisteddfod in Swansea, Buith Wells Bike Festivals, numerous cider and beer festivals in South Wales including the Clytha Arms.

Our new improved line up for 2014 includes Cardiff-based drummer Darrol and Newport-based guitarist Gareth.

Ella & The Blisters

Led by singer-song-writer Gabriella Romano, Ella and The Blisters are fast emerging as one of the most exciting new bands on the thriving London roots scene. Fusing Gypsy Jazz, Rockabilly, and swinging Country into a fantastically catchy whole, the band combine vocals, guitar, bass, drums, fiddle, accordion, trumpet and trombone to make for a wonderfully original, almost orchestral joyous roots stew. A triumphant festival act, guaranteed to warm your heart, move your feet and engage you in their performance from beginning to end.

They were recently nominated as one of London’s best bands of 2015 with London Unsigned and rapidly creeping into the UK festival scene having performed at Secret Garden Party, Red Rooster, Greenbelt Festival and London Folk Festival, among others. They have supported Billy Bragg and performed on the same bill as other great acts including Kitty Daisy and Lewis, The UnThanks and This is the Kit. Ella and The Blisters have released one album and shortly about to release a 6 track EP at the end of January 2016.
