Last year at HKC we had our own little Kettlebell Pentathlon. It was just a bit of fun so we're going to do it again this year. But this time invite a few kettlebell friends along.
We appreciate its very short notice and many of you will probably be rushing to finish your Christmas Shopping etc.
It is only £5 entry and there will be mulled wine!
So if your organised and already done your shopping you have no excuse :-)
It starts at 6:30 (we may wait a bit if you really want to come along though)
