Céilí by the Lee is a weekly immersion in traditional Irish culture, dancing lessons in a pub, from a man with a thick accent. We meet every Monday, at 8pm on the dance floor in Crane Lane, We start with the basic steps of social Irish dancing, using them as the building blocks of our towering display of dancing. Beginners are welcome, and no partner is required!
So if you want to make friends, have fun or get fit, Céilí by the Lee is the place for you! Also on offer Harry Potter references, bad jokes, and unfinished.... sentences?
Our lessons take place in the relaxed surrounds of Cork city's finest bar, Crane Lane, with a fine selection of beverages from near and far to keep us hydrated.
