LA의 신스팝 트리오 NightWaves에서 출발한 Goldroom은 그의 솔로 작업과 프로듀서로서 활동하는 가명이다. 몽환적인 신스와 감성적인 보컬, 그리고 트로피컬한 디스코 그루브의 혼합으로 그는 LA의 여름 음악계를 채색하고 있다.
2011년 4개의 곡이 수록된 Angeles EP와 곧바로 2013년 Embrace EP를 발매하였고 이 뿐만 아니라 Penguin Prison, Poolside, Gigamesh와의 리믹스를 다수 공개하기도 하였다.
같은 해 그의 싱글 “Fifteen”은 그의 명성을 더욱 더 확대시켰으며 Niki & The Dove와의 대단한 리믹스 작업은 폭발적인 인기를 끌었다. 그는 이제 세계의 유행을 만드는 필수적인 이들 중 하나가 되었다.
올해 그는 여성 보컬리스트를 등장시킨 It’s like you never went away라는 EP를 공개하여 극찬을 받은 바 있다.
우리는 Goldroom의 첫 내한공연을 소개하게 되어 참으로 자랑스럽다.

Born out of Los Angeles synthpop trio NightWaves, Goldroom is a solo effort and production alias. An amalgamation of dreamy synths, emotive vocals, and tropical disco grooves, Goldroom paints the soundscape of summertime in Los Angeles.
2011 saw Goldroom self releasing his four song Angeles EP followed by the Embrace EP in 2013 as well releasing a slew of remixes for acts like Penguin Prison, Poolside, and Gigamesh.
His single that year, “Fifteen" made his name well known in wider circles and his massive remix for Niki & The Dove was a huge hit and has been a staple of some of the worlds biggest tastemakers.
This year he released the It’s like you never went away EP fronted by female vocalists to great acclaim.
We are proud to present Goldroom on his first visit to Korea.
