Westcliff RFC Monday 13th July 7pm – Getting Ready for Rugby’s Biggest Year Getting Ready for Rugby’s Biggest Year is a 2 hour workshop that is designed to support clubs to be ready, willing and able to retain new players attracted to rugby in September.
The interactive session will bring together all sections of the club and will help us identify what new and returning players and parents are looking for and what can make a great experience.
Designed specifically to address operational and coaching issues, the workshop will help our coaches put in place contingency plans to meet, greet and ultimately keep new players at our club.
All WRFC coaches are encouraged to attend as are all age group managers, referees and parents.
