UCL SSEES students in collaboration with the Royal Opera House and UCL Russian Society have organized an opera screening of Tchaikovsky's opera, Evgenii Onegin, based on Alexander Pushkin's novel which will take place on Friday, March 23rd.
This will be screened in Russian with English subtitles.
The background on the story and the information about the opera will be delivered by a SSEES academic and a special guest speaker.
Guest speakers: Dr. Phil Cavendish (UCL SSEES) and Chloe Miller Smith (Royal Opera House producer)
Event open to everyone!
Refreshments will be provided.
