Carving Station:
House rubbed beef tenderloin, truffle mayo, horseradish cream, challah rolls, slow roasted brown sugar molasses glazed ham, stout mustard, and buttermilk pepper biscuits

Pasta Station:
Ravioli Champignon: ricotta cheese ravioli, assorted cultivated mushrooms in garlic butter

Comfort Food Station:
Miniature Delicious Bites of Warmth: baked mini ramekins of macaroni, cheddar, and gruyere cheeses, cheeseburger sliders with all the trimmings, and buttermilk fried drumettes with buttermilk ranch
