Festa: January Children's Beginner Course - Southend

Our beginner course is the perfect introduction to Parkour and our classes. Suitable for ages 8-15 years, this course is designed to progress new learners, week by week through the core areas of Parkour movement. Week by week we build competencies to develop balancing, landing, jumping, vaulting, climbing, movement adaptability, risk assessment, keeping safe and Parkour spirit.

After the course ends, students/parents will receive details about the next steps to continue the Parkour journey!
