In this 4 week course you will be taken step by step through an intermediate/advanced routine with Lorna Walker. If you are unsure if this class is suitable for you please check with an instructor. By the end of the course you will have developed the strength, fitness and techniques to execute a full routine inclusive of spins, floorwork and tricks. Suitable for students working at Level 3 and above.
