Festa: Kino Klub: 80 Million - Film Showing + Actor Q&A

KINO KLUB continues this March with the brilliant ’80 Milionow / 80 Million’ directed by Waldemar Krzystek and starring Maciej Makowski and Wojciech Solarz. The film, selected as the Polish entry for the Best Foreign Language Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards, tells the dramatic true story of five solidarity activists on the eve of Martial Law in Poland and their attempt to take out 80 million Polish zloty from trade union accounts before the authorities blocked them. The film will be followed by a wine reception and Q&A with the film’s stars – and KINO KLUB special guests - Wojciech Solarz and Maciej Makowski.
