About Jonn (Johnn Basklavanis aka Johnn B Jr:

Born and raised in Athens, Greece Johnn’s first exposure to music started at a very young age. His passion for music and appetite for several genres such as soul, funk, rock and reggae have all played a significant role and inspire him to this day.

At 15 years of age, the bug of house music caught on, but it wasn’t until he moved to London for his MA in Interactive Media where he experienced London’s nightlife, visiting the best clubs, major festivals and traveled to the Mecca of house music, Ibiza, that he realized music was going to be an important part of his life.

Music has always motivated me to create and enjoy life. It makes people dance, smile and love. I want to share this passion with others.

Jonn tested his first set out of the bedroom on the decks of Kabaret Prophecy (Soho, London) in 2006. For the next 2 years he played at several clubs in London beginning his first touch with the audience on the dance floor.

In 2008, Johnn returned to Greece and decided to share his passion for music and bring his experiences to Athens.

Afternoon parties at Precious Club (Kolonaki) were followed by collaborations with DJ Pascal at Boutique (Athens) and DJ Akylla & Christos Z at Messiah Rebirth. The 3 established DJs and top names in the Greek house scene, all taught him a lot about playing for different crowds.

Blending just enough familiar songs to rope in the crowd, and balancing bold, lesser-known house tracks to educate them, Johnn B Jr. maintains the dance floor fun with his infectious energy.

His residency at Dybbuk in 2009 gave birth to one of the most successful parties, One Night Stand which have since moved to Mamacas every summer.

Jonn is also one of the resident DJs of the Sex & the City parties, the most successful hotel events, which continue to be hosted at some of most luxury hotels in Greece - Cavo Tagoo, King George, Hilton – till this day.

2010 was a milestone in Jonn music career, beginning with his exclusive collaboration with Tony Loreto and Master Kev. His sets moved across borders to New York where he played at Cielo with Master Kev, followed by Fashion shows in Geneva and parties at luxury hotels in Perugia, Italy.

In 2012, Johnn started creating remixes and undertaking piano lessons. The past year Johnn has made a lot of unofficial remixes, , and has already begun creating his own original productions.

For the past 2 years Johnn B Jr. is a resident DJ at Animal Club (Athens) and continues to travel the globe spreading his love for house music every step of the way.

2013 Has Found him moving to deeper and more techy sounds, with official remixes , sets in the radio station of 88.6 Fm and the same time moving to Terraza for the summer session and later on to Playground Club (Ex Sixx)

2014 has found him resident at the legendary Mamacas Club and Terraza Athens collaborations with Manolaco and other major names of the underground tech-house scene, and at the same time travelling around Greece in all the major Cities spreading his unique tech house vibes.

One of Greece’s most respected and hard working djs and producers, John Chouliaras, under the moniker of JC, started dominating across his hometown from the very age of 18. As a restless dj, he had the chance to illustrate a considerable array of talents regarding mixing different musical styles. With a four-year residency in the most reputable and iconic clubs in Athens and Mykonos, 2007 saw JC carving out a deep niche for soulful and groovy sounds. After initial success of his project “Music is not a contest” in 2012, John finds new residencies in many renowned clubs. A collaboration with Nuestra Musica records from 2012, opened the JC account, and with his unfettered skill and passion quickly saw him perform in some of the largest clubs in his hometown (PIXI, Dybuk) as well as in Thessaloniki (Monroe).
Making a very welcome debut in NID club in Athens and RockNrolla in Thessaloniki, turning his hand to production with John Dalagelis as a tutor while pitching podcasts and weekly internet radio sets in Join Radio, 2014 will quickly become a staple of his growing portfolio. Staying true to his penchant, the list of dj’s and producers has shared decks with is remarkable; Super Flu-Ms Lefki-Nick Varon-Russ Yalop-Christo Z-Echonomist-John Dalagelis-Jojo-Duke-Dj Angelo-JoNN-Dim Pap-George Kyriakou-Hot Toddy-Manolaco-Arche-Trixx to mention some of them, only to cement his reputation amongst the musical elite.

About Wragi:

Wragi (George Giannarakis) was born in Rethymnon of Crete in 1983. He was raised there until the age of 13 when he moved to Athens.

He started practising music from a very young age. At the age of 8 he began studying theory and harmony of music in a music school.

He used to listen house and techno music since his early age so he was influenced by worldwide producers such as Richie Hawtin,Marco Carola,Adam Beyer etc. but Greek ones too like Mikee Qbase.

After years of occupation with music amateurally and after his friends encouragement he played as a dj at Animal club with dj Monkylo.
He continued successfully his appearances at some very famous clubs : Drazel , Mamacas, Aqua, Animal summer club etc.
He co-operated appart from Monkylo with Manolaco too.
Wragi has also done warm up for many famous producers such as Rodriguez jr, AND.ID, No Rabitz, Lex, Nikolas Gale, Mr Roussos,
Mike Hudson, Johnn B Jr and John John. Nowadays,Wragi is playing with Gus & Bonso (a very promising dj duo at house scene).

Wragi enjoys experimenting with music so we hope to have some productions soon. His fresh ideas,inspiration and creativity will be included in his own music productions.
