The phenomenal saxophonist Dick Oatts will be the featured guest soloist with David Regan’s powerful and exciting 17-piece big band. Mr. Oatts has performed to audiences worldwide and is especially known for his long association with the Mel Lewis/Thad Jones Orchestra.
