Festa: KACC - Anual Canoe / Kayak Camping Trip

Kilkenny Aqua Canoe Club anual camping trip is being run after out Blueway 10k event. This overnight camping trip is open to club members family and friends.

We will be traveling down river from Graignamanagh to our riverside camp site, we aim to have done a bag / tent drop before getting on the water to help reduce the risk of having tents ending up at the bottom of the river before we make camp.

This is 'wild camping' so don't expect running water / showers or a swimming pool. We will be following the Leave No Trace Principle and having a very minimal impace on the area where we stay.

KACC will provide boats / paddles / helmets etc but participants will have to arrange their own camping kit.

Any of our friends in Laois Kayak Club , Thomastown, Clonmel, Baltinglass, Tullow, Athy or further afeild are most welcome to come along.
