J.R. Clark started playing records over 20 years ago working through the mid 90's early 2000's in NYC. Now he continues to love all things House, Disco and Edits with his party Grown Ass Folks which has played host to Razor N' Tape, Sleazy McQueen (Whiskey Disco), Jarrett Tebbets (Hot Mass/Cold Cuts), The Almond Brothers (NYC), and JP Source (Source Material). His style pulls from all of those influences and adds in his own special touch that can take you from Gospel House bangers to deep Detroit synthetics without missing a beat. Smiles, shaking booties and good times are all he asks in return.
