We are going to make regular workshops to highlight and work through the technical models of the snatch and the clean and jerk. Help lifters reinforce their knowedge of the lifts and highlight any weakness for them to focus on during their training cycles. Free for Charnwood Barbell Club Members, £5 for drop ins. Maximum of 16 people.
