Festa: Powerlifting for Seniors

DPI is running come and try sessions during Seniors Month for seniors. The sessions include an introduction to the three powerlifting lifts and an opportunity to ask questions about the sport of powerlifting. Sessions are interactive so please make sure you wear flat shoes and gym gear.
