Every week, the Canvas Laugh Club runs this open mic, a free-for-all for budding comedians.
As an audience member, you can come and watch new talent take its first daunting steps into the spotlight. You'll see some comedy gold and you'll see some tragic attempts of the kind that you can never unhear.
As performers, they provide the best comedy stage in the city, a modest audience and a microphone. You bring the funny.
