Hot new Alt Country duo ‘The Black Horses’ are Jenny Spear (lead Guitar/vocals) & Andre Camilleri (vocals/acoustic guitar).

The Black Horses’ sultry voices and guitars blend in stunning alchemy. Since the high summer of 2016, they have been kicking up the dirt and jumping boundaries, sharing their beautiful, evocative tales of broken dreams, cracked earth, blistering heat, small towns and brazen deeds. Andre and Jenny have performed in Europe and all over the Australian Eastern seaboard as musicians. They have both recorded as solo artists, in other outfits and as session musicians, to critical acclaim.

With a string of successful shows to their credit, they have also received airplay on both Australian and international radio. Channelling their collective love of Americana, the Black Horses play original music that channels Lucinda Williams, Calexico and Rodriguez, with a uniquely Australian aesthetic.
