Festa: Introduction to Capoeira // A Beginners Course

BrazilArte Academy, Southend on Sea, Essex. Is presenting an Introduction to Capoeira // 4 week Beginners Course.

You will learn the basics of capoeira, principles and movements.

You do not need to have done any other activity prior to starting this course, if you have any other experience please share it with our instructors.

After your 4 weeks has completed you will be invited to join the BrazilArte Academy to continue your training.

You will not need any equipment for the course just the course fee investment of £20 for 4 weeks.

The sessions will run every Wednesday from 1900 @ BrazilArte Academy, Kensington Road, Southend on Sea.

A perfect introduction to a beautiful movement art form that combines, martial arts, dance, movement and music. A fabulous and fun way to keep fit, become more mobile, increase flexibility and strength and have fun.
