This Asylum event is open to anyone and everyone who want to get in that bit of competitive Lifting over the holidays
We've 2 events....
Event 1: Maximum Squat
Rules are simple, the most weight shifted wins.
Parallel is the minimum depth and there's no limit on how much you can attempt.
Event 2: Overhead any way
Bar starts on the floor, and finishes overhead.
Use any combination you want, just make sure it's heavy
This could be your last chance to lift big this year
