The World Bank Group is visiting WIUT for the first time! The international organization has loaned hundreds of millions of dollars to the economy of Uzbekistan. The country manager of the WBG in Uzbekistan, Mr. Hideki Mori will inform the students about the World Bank’s global mission and its work in Uzbekistan.
Mr. Mori graduated from the University of Tokyo. He holds an M.A from the American University and an MBA from Duke University. He is all-round and highly educated. We invite you all to come to the meeting with Mr. Mori to ask questions related to the work of the WBG and all spheres of economics, finance and even agriculture..
Fresh ideas and multiple prizes are awaiting the most inquisitive students. As Emerson noted 'The mind, once stretched by a new idea, never returns to its original dimensions". We urge you to explore new dimensions!
