20. 10. 2015. jazz club Monument obilježava 70–ti rođendan Neila Younga nastupom sarajevske grupe Still Crazy i njihovim maratonskim tributom ovom starom hipiju i velikom kantautoru. Still Crazy će nas podsjetiti na bogat autorski opus Neila Younga u širokom spektru od akustičnih country-folk balada pa sve do žestokog rocka.
Still Crazy je blues-rock sastav, aktivan na sarajevskoj klupskoj sceni od 2006, liberalno ali autoritativno izvodi covere širokog žanrovskog spektra od glam rocka, southern rocka, bluesa i klasičnog soula do post-punka i ex-yu psihodelije. Posebne poslastice s njihove eklektične set-liste su tribute tematski blokovi Neila Younga, Grateful Deada, Van Morrisona, Joy Division i ex-yu psihodelije…Still Crazy, sa sestrinskim bandom Norma Jean zaduženim za akustiku i Americanu, sačinjenim od većine muzičara Crazyja, danas se svrstavaju među autentične i vjerne čuvare plamena klasičnog rocka na šarenoj i živoj sarajevskoj klupskoj sceni. Celebrating the 70th birthday of Neil Young, one of the greatest singer-songwriters of our time, Jazz Club “Monument” is presenting “Hippie Dream: Tribute to Neil Young”, a live performance by rock band “Still Crazy”, veterans of the Sarajevo’s club scene. Known for their energetic and liberal rendition of rock classics, “Still Crazy” is also popular for the fact that three university professors are members, including a renown BH philosopher, Asim Mujkic.
Join us celebrate Neil’s 70th remembering his wide range of timeless songs – from country-folk acoustic to the hardest of the rock… They’re Still Crazy. How about you?
